At Empire Marquees, we transform spaces into unforgettable experiences. We don’t just set up temporary structures; we create vibrant, memorable spaces where people can connect and celebrate!

Based in Chelmsford, Essex, we host stylish weddings and lively parties, as well as complex corporate events, epic festivals, and large trade shows. Our marquees set the stage for moments that feel curated and considered.

We are a family-run business, and our (small, but mighty) Team has collectively worked in the industry for 45 years. Why not let us handle the logistics, so you can focus on enjoying the moment!

Premium Marquee Hire

We offer clearspan marquees in widths 3m, 6m, 9m, 12m & 15m. Our marquees are modular, built in 3m sections, and can be joined to form lengths up to 60m. With a variety of layout options, bolt-ons and customisations available, including clear covers, linings & a range of lighting options.

Event Equipment Hire

We have everything you need to throw a proper party. From table & chair hire to rotating discoballs, dance floors & bars. We hire a variety of lighting options, including colour-changing LEDs to beautiful chandeliers. We can arrange with suppliers to give you a full event solution.

Event Co-ordination

We have an experienced, qualified team that can assist with your event logistics on the day. From an on-the-day coordinator to manage your suppliers and timings, to bar & waiting staff. So you can relax & enjoy the moment!

Event Planning

We offer comprehensive event planning services, whether you are considering a marquee event or need an experienced professional to guide you through the planning process and help organise your special event.

From the first enquiry to the final takedown, our team will work together to deliver a cohesive experience. Our clients value our attention to detail and ability to deliver on our promises.
